One group order

Four steps. One group order.

Each member orders what they need. Pawlo Connect puts the orders together so the group can reach the supplier’s order target.

  1. Pick what you need

    Pick from approved, non-prescription products. Most come in right-sized amounts; some are sold only by the case.

  2. Commit — don’t pay yet

    Review your complete total, including any freight-shortfall handling, and choose Interac e-Transfer or card. When you confirm, you agree to buy if the group order goes ahead. Nothing is charged yet.

  3. Pay only when the group is ready

    When the group reaches our master freight minimum, you have 48 hours to fund your order. Interac e-Transfer has no added fee. Card payments have a 2.4% credit-card surcharge.

  4. Collect in Calgary

    Pawlo Connect places one supplier order after the paid group still meets the target. When it arrives, we sort your items and tell you when they are ready for local Click N Collect.

If the group does not reach the target, the order does not go ahead and you are not charged.

What is Pawlo Connect?
Pawlo Connect is a local network that helps independent pet pros get better access to products. At launch, approved members will use shared buying to get below-retail prices, no individual freight, and local pickup.
Who is Pawlo Connect for?
Pawlo Connect is built for independent pet professionals in the Calgary area, including groomers, dog walkers, trainers, pet sitters, in-home boarders, mobile pet-health and education providers, and other small pet-service businesses that use supplies in their work. No commercial storefront is required. Pawlo Connect is designed for pros who work from home, on the road, or at client sites.
Do I have to place a large order?
No. Order what your business needs. Pawlo Connect combines member orders so the group can reach the supplier’s target together. Some products may still be sold only by the case.
When am I charged?
You are not charged while the group order grows. Once the group reaches our master freight minimum, you have 48 hours to fund your order. Interac e-Transfer has no added fee. Card payments have a 2.4% credit-card surcharge and are charged only if the group order goes ahead.
What happens if the group does not reach the target?
If the group does not reach the target, the supplier order does not go ahead and you are not charged.
What products will be available?
The first product list will focus on non-prescription items used by pet pros. This may include grooming products, treats, waste bags, cleaning products, and other pet-care items. Products may change from one buying cycle to the next.
Does Pawlo Connect ship or deliver?
No. Pawlo Connect uses local Click N Collect. Orders arrive at one Calgary receiving site, and members pick up their prepared items there.
Is it free to join?
The founding waitlist is free. Membership will also be free at launch. Pawlo Connect checks each business before member access is offered.
